Booking Abandon Template
Overview
The Abandoned Booking use cases enable you to target website visitors who abandon actions like making a booking and not completing it. These visitors will receive targeted communications encouraging them to complete their actions, offering incentives such as discounts, a free extra night or higher class rental class. Additionally, each step of the process is tracked. For example, with a booking, you can identify the exact items that were added to the booking before abandonment.
To be able to track the behavior of the visitor and to detect when a specific action has started, stopped or completed, the following events are tracked and sent as signals to the Moments application: Start, Update and Complete. These signals are picked up by the Booking Abandon Moment.
Configure the Moment
To configure a Booking Abandon Moment, the following properties need to be set.

When no condition is defined, all signals are captured.
Details on how to define a filter are available in the article Expression builder.
