Keeping the platform reliable and performing at its best requires regular system maintenance. This article outlines the forthcoming planned periods when we carry out updates, infrastructure improvements, or behind‑the‑scenes fixes to ensure continued stability, security, and performance.
System Maintenance Release - Japan
We will be performing scheduled system maintenance in the JP region, with an expected downtime window of up to 4 hours, scheduled for June 10, at 12 AM JST.
Impact
During the maintenance window, Cheetah Digital will be unavailable. Key impacts include:

Platform access: Log-in will be unavailable.

Imports & exports: All files will queue and process after maintenance.

APIs, triggers, and forms: will be unavailable.

Mailings: Date-calculated mailings: Queued and sent once systems are restored. Best to reschedule after the downtime.

Image hosting & redirects: Unavailable.

Reporting: Data collection continues, but some campaign processes (e.g., SLT winners) may be delayed until queues are cleared.

FTP will remain operative during the maintenance window.
Select group of customers using Loyalty with Cheetah Digital: Imports, exports, and background jobs will pause during maintenance. All activities will be queued and processed afterwards, though some campaigns may be delayed due to the backlog.
Recommended Actions
Complete any imports, exports, or mailings at least 1 hour before maintenance.
Reschedule date-calculated mailings planned during the window to after the downtime for smoother delivery.
For API triggers, forms and AET: Errors might be returned during the maintenance window, and holding calls or retry logic would be required.
