How to Contact the Organization Administrator

Each Organization will have administrators that have additional permissions within Zeta Login.

If you need help with organization-managed actions such as technical issues or queries about your access in Zeta Login, you can contact your Org Admin directly through the platform.

Contacting the Organization Administrator

To contact the Org Administrator directly, click the icon in the top right corner to open the menu.

Click Contact next to Organization Administrator.

This will open a contact form where you can choose the reason of request from the options available:

• Access & Permissions

• Technical issues

• Other

Enter a clear description of the issue, or of what you need. We recommend including the following information, where possible:

• The app or area you need help with

• The user name or email address involved, if your request is about another user

• A short explanation of the issue or action needed

• Any relevant context that will help the Org Admin act quickly

Click Send.

Your request is then emailed to the Org Admin for your organization, if an Org Admin is available. The Org Admin can then review your request and take the appropriate action.
