Filter Activity Type - Link Clicks
This activity type returns all recipients who clicked on a specific campaign link or group of campaign links.
Note: This Activity Type is not supported by the Quick Calculate feature.
To define the parameters for this activity Filter option:

Drag-and-drop Link Clicks from the Dynamic Pane onto the Filter Workspace. The Build Criteria dialog box is displayed.

Define your Filter criteria using the options described below.

Click save criteria.
Filter Options
Filter Activity Option: Link Click
This option allows you to select all of the links within a Campaign. This option will return records that clicked on a link within that Campaign.

Click the check mark next to ... from a specific link. The system opens a new tab in the dialog box named Link. Within this new tab, the left-hand side of the dialog box shows the Navigation Tree, listing all of the folders in this system; the center section shows the Item Listing, which displays all the Campaigns in the selected folder.

Navigate to the folder where the Campaign is stored. The Item Listing is refreshed to show the Campaigns stored with that folder. Or, if you want to search across the entire system, click the double-left arrow icon near the top of the directory structure; the system collapses the directory structure. The Item Listing is refreshed to show every Campaign in the system.

Optionally, you can search for a Campaign using the following options:

To search based on a tag, click on the Search by Tag field. The system displays a pop-up menu of every tag utilized within the current system. Select a tag from this menu. The Item Listing is refreshed to display all Campaigns in the selected folder tagged with this value. You can optionally select additional tags. Multiple tags are joined with an "OR" operator, meaning the system will display items that contain ANY of the selected tags. To remove a tag from your search, click the X icon next to the tag value.

To search based on the Campaign name, begin typing in the Search by Name text box. With each additional letter that you type, the system further refines the search, and displays the results in the Item Listing. The system utilizes a contains this text search method, meaning that the system will search for your text string anywhere within the Campaign name, not just at the beginning of the name. To delete your text string, click the X icon to the right of the Search by Name text box.

Click the Campaign name. The system displays all of the links in this Campaign within the Selected Links section on the right-hand side of the dialog box.

In the Selected Links section, click the radio button next to the desired link.
Note: This activity option allows you to select only one link from only one Campaign. If you want to add multiple links to your Filter, you'll need to add each link separately as its own criteria within the Filter logic.

If you need to remove this Filter criteria, either click the X icon within the Link tab, or toggle off the check mark next to ... from a specific link.
Filter Activity Option: Tag (Item)
This option allows you to select items that are marked with one or more tags.

Click the check mark next to ... with specific Tags. The system opens a new tab in the dialog box named <Item Type> Tags (for example, Content Tags if you're looking for tags on Content Blocks).

Click on the add tag to filter field. The system displays a pop-up menu of every tag utilized within the current system. Select a tag from this menu. The tag is added to the field. You can optionally select additional tags. To remove a tag from your search, click the X icon next to the tag value.

If you need to remove this Filter criteria, either click the X icon within the <Item Type> Tags tab, or toggle off the check mark next to ... with specific Tags.
Filter Activity Option: Date Criteria
This option allows you to define a date range using either specific dates, or using calculated dates.

Click the check mark next to Date Based Calculations. The system opens a new tab in the dialog box named Date Criteria.

From the Date drop-down menu, select the date option:

Exactly

More than

More than or exactly

Less than

If you select any date option other than Between, you must set the boundaries of the date range by defining the date math calculation. First, enter a number, a unit of measure (days, weeks, etc.), and an operator (before or after) for the calculation. Then, you must define the starting point for this calculation -- click Today to use today's date, or click Date to pick a specific date. The line graph is updated to provide a visual representation of your date range.

If you select Between as the date option, you must define the start and end dates. For the start date, click Today to use today's date, or click Date to pick a specific date. Repeat this process for the end date.
Note: The start and end dates can't both be Today.

If you need to remove this Filter criteria, either click the X icon within the Date Criteria tab, or toggle off the check mark next to ... Date Based Calculations.
Filter Activity Option: Frequency
This option lets you define a Filter criteria based on the frequency of the activity

Click the check mark next to Frequency of activity. The system opens a new tab in the dialog box named Frequency.

In the text field, enter a numerical value.

If you need to remove this Filter criteria, either click the X icon within the Frequency tab, or toggle off the check mark next to ... Frequency of Activity.
Filter Activity Option: Social Influencer
Rather than selecting individuals who performed an action directly, this option will select the individuals who caused these actions to occur by sharing content with their friends on a social network.

Click the check mark next to Social Influencer. The system opens a new tab in the dialog box named Social Influencer.

Select one or more of the following requirements:

The influencer's friends performed a specific number of actions: Select a mathematical operator and enter a value.

The influencer has a specific number of friends that performed an action: Select a mathematical operator and enter a value.

The influencer caused multiple levels of re-sharing and actions: Select a mathematical operator and enter a value

If you need to remove this Filter criteria, either click the X icon within the Social Influencer tab, or toggle off the check mark next to Social Influencer.
Filter Activity Option: Access and Location
This option allows you to define a Filter using the consumer's physical location as the Filter criteria. You can select one or more geographical points, and define a radius around each point. The system will identify and select consumers within the targeted area.

Click the check mark next to ... in a specific location. The system opens a new tab in the dialog box named Location.

Define a geographic point using one of the following methods:
Use the Map to Find a Location

In the Within Radius field, enter the desired radius that you want to target. Select the unit of measurement – either Miles or Kilometers.

If necessary, click-and-drag on the map to scroll, and use the + / - buttons to zoom in and out.

Click on the map in the desired location. The system places a pin in this location, along with a yellow circle representing the targeted area. A tile showing the location and radius is added beneath the map.
Manually Enter a Location

In the Within Radius field, enter the desired radius that you want to target. Select the unit of measurement – either Miles or Kilometers.

In the Location field, enter the desired location, such as a street address, a ZIP code, a city, a country, etc.

Click the Locate button.

If the system recognizes the location, it adds a pin to the map along with a yellow circle representing the targeted area.

Click add. A tile showing the location and radius is added beneath the map.

Repeat step 2 as needed to add more locations. Each additional location is displayed as another tile beneath the map. To remove a selected location, click the X icon in the tile.

If you need to remove this Filter criteria, either click the X icon within the Location tab, or toggle off the check mark next to ... in a specific location.
Access
This option allows you to select the manner in which your campaign was accessed, such as the device or operating system. The Filter will return all records that were accessed via the method you define.

Click the check mark next to ... select manner of Access. The system opens a new tab in the dialog box named Access.

From the drop-down menu, select Browser, Device, or Platform.

In the text field, enter the desired value.

If you need to remove this Filter criteria, either click the X icon within the Preference tab, or toggle off the check mark next to ... to a specific Preference.
Filter Activity Option: Bot Clicks
This option enables you to include or exclude Bot clicks from real clicks.

Click the check mark next to Include/ Exclude Bot Clicks. A new tab Bot Clicks is opened in the dialog box.

Select from the following options:

Include all Clicks - Select Bot Clicks and Real Clicks - (Default): will include all clicks by humans and Bots.

Limit this selection to exclude Bot Clicks - Select Real Clicks only: will include only real clicks by humans excluding the Bot clicks.

Limit this selection to only include Bot Clicks - Select Bot Clicks only: will include only Bot clicks.

Filter Activity Option: Channel
This option lets you pick either sent or queued campaigns from a specific marketing channel.

In the drop-down menu in the From Campaigns section, select either sent campaigns or queued campaigns.

Click the check mark next to ... in a specific Channel. The system opens a new tab in the dialog box named Channel.

In the drop-down menu, select a marketing channel.

If you need to remove this Filter criteria, either click the X icon within the Channel tab, or toggle off the check mark next to ... in a specific Channel.
Filter Activity Option: Folder (Campaign)
This option lets you pick a specific folder where a Campaign (or Campaigns) is located. This option will return all records from all Campaigns in the specified folder.

In the drop-down menu in the From Campaigns section, select either sent campaigns or queued campaigns.

Click the check mark next to ... in a Folder. The system opens a new tab in the dialog box named Campaign Folder. Within the new tab, the system displays the Navigation Tree with the folder structure for the current system.

Navigate to the desired folder or sub-folder, then click the folder name. The system displays this folder within the Selected Folder section on the right-hand side of the dialog box.
Note: You can select only one folder. If you click another folder, the system replaces the previous folder with the newly selected one.

If you need to remove this Filter criteria, either click the X icon within the Campaign Folder tab, or toggle off the check mark next to ... in a Folder.
Filter Activity Option: Tag (Campaign)
This option allows you to select Campaigns that are marked with one or more tags.

In the drop-down menu in the From Campaigns section, select either sent campaigns or queued campaigns.

Click the check mark next to ... with specific Tags. The system opens a new tab in the dialog box named Campaign Tags.

Click on the add tag to filter field. The system displays a pop-up menu of every tag utilized within the current system. Select a tag from this menu. The tag is added to the field. You can optionally select additional tags. To remove a tag from your search, click the X icon next to the tag value.

If you need to remove this Filter criteria, either click the X icon within the Campaign Tags tab, or toggle off the check mark next to ... with specific Tags.
Filter Activity Option: Cell Code
This option allows you pick a specific Cell Code. The Filter will return all recipients included within this Cell Code (and recipients beneath this cell).

In the drop-down menu in the From Campaigns section, select either sent campaigns or queued campaigns.

Click the check mark next to ... in a specific Cell Code. The system opens a new tab in the dialog box named Cell Code.

In the text field, begin typing. With each additional letter that you type, the system further refines the search, and displays the results in a drop-down menu. Select the desired Cell Code from this menu.

If you need to remove this Filter criteria, either click the X icon within the Cell Code tab, or toggle off the check mark next to ... in a specific Cell Code.
Filter Activity Option: Metadata
This option allows you to define a Metadata field and values (see Metadata Settings for more information on how to define Metadata fields and values). The Filter will return all records from campaigns with these Metadata values.

In the drop-down menu in the From Campaigns section, select either sent campaigns or queued campaigns.

Click the check mark next to ... with specific Metadata values. The system opens a new tab in the dialog box named Metadata Values.

Select the desired metadata field.

Select a mathematical operator (less than, greater than, etc.)

Enter or select the desired metadata value.

If you need to remove this Filter criteria, either click the X icon within the Metadata Values tab, or toggle off the check mark next to ... with specific Metadata values.
Filter Activity Option: Campaign
This option allows you to select one or more Campaigns.

In the drop-down menu in the From Campaigns section, select one of the following options:
-
Sent campaigns -- Select recipients who were sent a message from a specific Campaign.

Queued campaigns -- Select recipients who were queued to receive a message from a specific Campaign, but the message never actually deployed. A message can end up in this queued but not sent state if, for example, you stop a Campaign. If the Campaign has records in the queue at the moment you click Stop, the system will retain the history of these records as being queued but not sent, which allows you to then target these individuals via this Filter option.

Click the check mark next to ... select which Campaigns. The system opens a new tab in the dialog box named Campaigns. Within this new tab, the left-hand side of the dialog box shows the Navigation Tree, listing all of the folders in this system; the center section shows the Item Listing, which displays all the campaigns in the selected folder.

Click on the Campaign. The system adds this Campaign to the Selected Campaigns list along the right-hand side of the dialog box.

Optionally, repeat the above steps as needed to select additional Campaigns to this activity criteria. Each additional Campaign is added to the Selected Campaigns list..
