Often a contact in Selligent will click tracked links in an email or Selligent page to visit one of the websites defined for that universe. In this situation, an additional M_BT parameter is automatically added to links so that Site can identify this visitor as a contact held in an Audience List.
The feature to add this tracking parameter is automatically enabled the moment the Site universe is connected to a Selligent environment. Moreover, the parameter will only be added to communications (emails, pages, mobile messages) that are linked to the audience defined in the universe's settings: if a communication uses a different audience list, the M_BT parameter will not be added.
