How to Contact your Organization Administrator

Each Organization will have administrators that have special permissions within Zeta Login.

If you need help with organization-managed actions such as technical issues or queries about your access in Zeta Login, you can contact your Admin directly from within zeta Login.

Contacting your Organization Administrator

  1. To contact your Administrator directly, click the icon in the top right corner to open the menu.

  2. Click Contact next to Organization Administrator.

  3. This will open a contact form where you can choose the reason for your request from the options available:

    • Access & Permissions

    • Technical issues

    • Other

  4. Enter a clear description of the issue, or of what you need. We recommend including the following information, where possible:

    • The app or area you need help with

    • The user name or email address involved, if your request is about another user

    • A short explanation of the issue or action needed

    • Any relevant context that will help the Admin to act quickly

  5. Click Send.

  6. Your request is then emailed to your Admin, if an Org Admin is available.
