Scheduled Job Action - Certificate Inventory Notifier

The Certificate Inventory Notifier Action is used to trigger a notification email message in case the available inventory of unassigned Certificate Codes for a Reward or Offer drops below a specified threshold.

This Action has the following parameters:

• Content Type: Select either Reward or Offer.

• Content: Select a Certificate-type Reward or Certificate-type Offer.

• Threshold: Enter the desired threshold. When the selected Reward or Offer drops below this number of remaining unassigned Certificate Codes, the platform will send the notification message.

• Admin Emails: Enter one or more comma-separated email addresses for the recipient(s) of the notification message.

This Action supports the use of custom parameters. To define a custom parameter, click Add within the Custom Parameters section, then enter the following information. 

• Check Enabled.

• Within the Name , enter the name of the parameter.

• In the Value field, enter the parameter value.

Repeat this step as needed to define additional custom parameters.
