Search for a Tier Scheme

The search feature on the Tier Schemes screen allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Tier Scheme's display name or internal name. You can also filter the Tier Schemes screen to show only Tier Schemes with a specified status or effectivity range.

To search for a Tier Scheme:

  1. Select Rules from the top navigation bar, then select Tier Schemes from the side navigation menu. The Tier Schemes screen is displayed.

  2. Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string.

  1. Optionally, from the Status drop-down menu, select a status value: Archived, Draft, or Published. The default is Any Status.

  2. Optionally, from the Effectivity drop-down menu, select an effectivity range: Always effective, Effective in the future, or Effective now. The default is Any effectivity.

  3. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Tier Schemes that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the Tier Scheme must meet ALL criteria.

  1. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Date Created.

  2. Optionally, to remove all search criteria and revert to the default criteria, click the Clear icon.

Once you have found the desired Tier Scheme, click it to view the Tier Scheme Details screen (see View a Tier Scheme for more information).
