Publish an Advanced Tier Rule

Optionally, you can define multiple Advanced Tier Rules within a Tier Scheme. Each Advanced Tier Rule has its own status and effectivity period. 

An Advanced Tier Rule must have a status of Published to be considered live within the Loyalty platform.

Note: You must also publish the overall Tier Scheme; see Publish a Tier Scheme for more information.

To set the status of an Advanced Tier Rule to Published:

  1. Select Rules from the top navigation bar, then select Tier Schemes from the side navigation menu. The Tier Schemes screen is displayed.

  2. Search for and select the desired Tier Scheme (see Search for a Tier Scheme for more information on the available search options). The Tier Scheme Details screen is displayed, with the Definition tab selected by default.

  3. Select the Advanced Rules tab.

  4. Within the Tier Rule column of the desired Advanced Tier Rule, click the Edit icon. The Edit Tier Rule pop-up window is displayed.\

  1. From the Status drop-down menu, select Published.

  2. Click Save.
