Publish a Tier Scheme

A Tier Scheme must have a status of Published to be considered live within the Loyalty platform.

Note: You must also publish the Tier Tables within the Tier Scheme; see Publish a Tier Table for more information.

To set the status of a Tier Scheme to Published:

1. Select Rules from the top navigation bar, then select Tier Schemes from the side navigation menu. The Tier Schemes screen is displayed.

2. Search for and select the desired Tier Scheme (see Search for a Tier Scheme for more information on the available search options). The Tier Scheme Details screen is displayed, with the Definition tab selected by default.

3. Within the header section, from the Status drop-down menu, select Publish. A confirmation dialog box is displayed; click Confirm.
