View a Placement

To view the details and configuration properties of a Placement:

  1. Select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Placements from the side navigation menu. The Placements screen is displayed.

  2. Search for and select the desired Placement (see Search for a Placement for more information on the available search options). The Placement Details screen is displayed, with the Targeted Offers tab displayed by default.

  1. The header and the tabs on this screen allow you to view various configuration details. See below for details on each of these areas.

The header area of the Placement Details screen displays many of the high-level properties of this Placement, including its name, description, and status. For more information on editing these properties, see Edit Placement Properties.

Also from the header area, you can publish, archive, or delete a Placement.

Targeted Offers Tab

The Targeted Offers tab of the Placement Details screen displays a list of all Offers across all Offer Campaigns that target this Placement. For each Offer, the tab displays the Offer name, its Rank (if applicable), whether the Offer has eligibility constraints defined for it (such as a Segment or Location), the Offer status, and the name of the Offer Campaign.

Note: The platform uses the term "Rank" in two different contexts. The Rank value displayed on the Targeted Offers tab represents the ranking value used for sorting the Offers screen, and is defined on the Offer Details screen. This Rank value is not the ranking value used to prioritize Offers within an Offer Campaign.

You can click the Offer name to navigate to the Offer Details screen (see View an Offer for more information).

You can also click the Offer Campaign name to navigate to the Offer Campaign Details screen (see View an Offer Campaign for more information).

Member Preview Tab

The Member Preview tab of the Placement Details screen allows you to select a Member, and see the Offers available to this Member across all Offer Campaigns that target this Placement. See Preview Member Offers for more information.
