Getting Started with Offer Response Exports

The Loyalty platform allows you to export Offer Response information for use in other platforms or systems. You can schedule an export to execute at a specific date and time, or on a recurring basis.

In addition, you can define the content of the export by configuring business rules that filter the records that get exported. You can also opt to include some or all of the standard Attributes associated with Offer Responses.

Note: Loyalty supports the export of Offer Responses through both the Standard Export and Advanced Export features (see Exporting Data from Loyalty for more information on these export features). This article describes how to export Offer Responses using the Standard Export feature.
