Download an Offer Response Export

To download a previously-generated export file of Offer Responses:

1. Select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Offers > Offer Responses from the side navigation menu. The Offer Responses screen is displayed.

2. From the Actions drop-down menu, select Offer Responses Exports. The Offer Responses Export Definitions pop-up window is displayed and populated with a list of all existing Offer Response Exports.

3. From the Action column of the desired export, click the Download icon. The platform downloads the file to your local PC.
