View the Offer Campaign Dashboard

The Dashboard tab of the Offer Campaign Details screen provides a graphical means of analyzing the Offer Campaign's performance.

To view the Offer Campaign Dashboard:

  1. Select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Campaigns > Campaigns from the side navigation menu. The Offer Campaigns screen is displayed.

  2. Search for and select the desired Offer Campaign (see Search for an Offer Campaign for more information on the available search options). The Offer Campaign Details screen is displayed, with the Objective tab selected by default.

  3. Select the Dashboard tab. The Offer Campaign Dashboard is displayed, with the Objective report selected by default.

  4. From the drop-down menu above the Dashboard, select which report you want to view:

    • Objective: This report displays a series of graphs and charts that measure the Offer Campaign's performance against the stated objectives defined for the Offer Campaign. See Define Offer Campaign Objectives for more information.

    • Messages: This report shows the activity generated by the Offer Campaign's Messages, including sends, opens, and clicks. See Assign Messages to an Offer Campaign for more information.

    • Offers: This report shows the results of the Offers included within the Offer Campaign.

    • Calendar: This report displays a calendar of events within the Offer Campaign, such as an Offer reaching the end of its Effectivity Period.

  5. The default reporting date range is "year to date." This date range is displayed in the top-right corner of the Dashboard. Optionally, to change the reporting date range, click either the "from" date or the "to" date. A calendar pop-up is displayed. Select the desired date.
