Getting Started with Message Categories
When you create or edit Messages, you can optionally add them to one or more existing Message Categories. Message Categories allow you to collect Messages together, typically for the purpose of displaying them on your website or app. For example, you can use the Loyalty APIs to request only the Messages within a certain Category or Categories.
You can also search for Messages on the Messages screen based on their inclusion in a Category.
Access
The Message Categories screen is used to view, create, and manage the Message Categories in your loyalty program. To access the Message Categories screen, select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Categories > Message from the side navigation menu.
