Getting Started with Devices
The Devices screen in Loyalty displays a list of all Members who have either installed and registered your app on their mobile device, or who have installed your Wallet Pass on their device. These Members represent recipients who can potentially receive your Push Notifications (if they registered your app) or Passbook Notifications (if they installed your Wallet Pass).
Push Notification Status
From the Devices screen, you can verify the configuration of the Loyalty platform's Push Notification services.
On the Devices screen, click View Push Status. The Push Status pop-up window is displayed, which shows the connectivity to Amazon Web Services, including AWS access keys and Simple Notification Service (SNS) Application Resource Names (ARNs). If any of the items in the Push Status window show a red X icon, contact your Zeta Global Customer Success team to resolve the configuration issue.
Access
The Devices screen is used to view and manage the mobile device registrations for your loyalty program. To access the Devices screen, select Admin from the top navigation bar, then select Access > Devices from the side navigation menu.
