View Member Details

Overview

At the core of the Loyalty platform is the Member Profile. The Member Profile contains all the information you know about an individual, including their name, identifiers, and demographics, as well as their transaction history, and any Activity history being recorded within your loyalty program. The Profile also includes records of other platform assets to which an individual is associated, such as Offers received, Rewards redeemed, and Orders placed. All of this information on a single Member is readily accessible to users and marketers via the Member Details screen.

To view the Member Details screen:

1. Select Members from the top navigation bar, then select Members > Members from the side navigation menu. The Members screen is displayed.

2. On the Members screen, search for and select the desired Member (see Search for a Member for more information). The Member Details screen is displayed with the Metrics tab selected by default.

3. The header and the tabs on this screen allow you to view various Member Profile details. See below for details on each of these areas.

Header Section

The header section of the Member Details screen displays basic information about this Member, including their name, Integration ID, current Tier, account status, an avatar image, Member ID, and mobile phone number, for example.

The header section also allows you to create an Activity record for this Member. See Create Member Activity for more information.

Also from the header section, you reset a Member's password. See Reset Member Password for more information.

Also from the header section, you can send account confirmation instructions to the Member. See Send Account Confirmation for more information.

Tabs

Beneath the header section, the Member Details screen is organized into tabs. Click a tab name below for more information on the features and options available on that tab.

Tab Name	Description
Metrics	The Metrics tab displays a full breakdown of a Member's totals for each Metric in your loyalty program. This tab also displays a log of Member Activities, and the Metric adjustments that occurred as a result of those Activities.
Profile	The Profile tab displays all Member Attribute values for the selected Member.
Custom Objects	The Custom Objects tab displays the details of this Member's records within a Custom Object.
Badges	The Badges tab displays a list of Badges that this Member has earned.
Segments	The Segments tab displays a list of all Segments to which this Member belongs.
Orders	The Orders tab displays a list of purchases made by this Member.
Challenges	The Challenges tab displays a list of Challenge Responses for this Member.
Offers	The Offers tab displays a list of Offer Responses for this Member
Redemptions	The Redemptions tab displays a list of Rewards that have been redeemed by this Member.
Codes	The Codes tab displays a list of Product Codes that this Member has submitted.
Awards	The Awards tab displays all the Rewards granted to this Member for free as an Award.
Messages	The Messages tab displays all the Message Activities that occurred as a result of Messages sent to this Member. Note that this tab is relevant only for Messages sent via Loyalty's legacy email platform.
Social	The Social tab displays the authenticated social media accounts that this Member has connected with their Member Profile.
Referrals	The Referrals tab displays all the Members who joined your loyalty program based on a referral from the currently selected Member.
Groups	The Groups tab displays a list of Groups to which this Member belongs.
Receipts	The Receipts tab displays all the purchase receipts that have been uploaded into the platform and assigned to this Member.
Action Log	The Action Log tab displays the Triggered Action executions associated with this Member.
Punch Cards	The Punch Cards tab displays a list of Punch Cards that this Member has started.
Gift Cards	The Gift Cards tab displays each Gift Card this Member owns, its usage, and its current balance.
Documents	The Documents tab displays a list of documents or other files that have been attached to this Member Profile.
