Member Details Tab Overview - Social

The Social tab of the Member Details screen displays the Social Connects that have been created for the currently selected Member. A Social Connect represents an authorized connection for a Member using an external social media account, such as Facebook, Instagram, or Google.

For each Social Connect, the Social tab lists the social media provider, the Member's account number, and their email address.

To delete a Social Connect, click the Disconnect button next to it.

To see a list of all the Social Connects in your Loyalty account, across all Members, see the Social Connects screen.
