Member Details Tab Overview - Metrics

The Metrics tab of the Member Details screen is divided into two main sections:

  • Metrics: Displays a full breakdown of a Member's totals for each Metric in your loyalty program. The tab displays the Member's pending total, their lifetime earn total, the total number of Metrics redeemed, the total number of Metrics that have expired, and their current balance.

  • Activities: Displays a list of this Member's Activities. For each Activity, the platform indicates the impact of that Activity on the Member's Metric balance - either an accrual or a deduction.

Note: You can create, view, and manage the Metrics defined in your Loyalty account on the Member Metrics screen.

To search for an Activity:

  1. Select Members from the top navigation bar, then select Members > Members from the side navigation menu. The Members screen is displayed.

  2. On the Members screen, search for and select the desired Member (see Search for a Member for more information). The Member Details screen is displayed with the Metrics tab selected by default.

  3. Within the Activities section at the bottom of the Metrics tab, optionally select one or more Activity Types from the Activity Type drop-down menu. The default is All Activity Types.

  4. Optionally, select the With Primary Metric Change toggle to show only Activities that impacted the Member's Primary Metric. The default is All, meaning the platform will show all Activities.

  5. Optionally, select a date range from the Date Range drop-down menu. The default is Last 3 Months.

  6. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Activities that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the Activity must meet ALL criteria.

To see additional details, click the Expand icon next to the desired Activity. The platform shows the full details of the Activity. Within the expanded Activity details, the Accruals section lists important details related to the Metric adjustment that resulted from this Activity. The parameters in this section include:

  • value: The number of Metrics that were added or subtracted from the Member's balance.

  • aggregate_type: Either "Earned" (Metrics were added) or "Redeemed" (Metrics were subtracted).

  • before: The Member's Metric balance before the Activity.

  • after: The Member's Metric balance after the Activity.

The name of the impacted Metric can be found in the sl_metric parameter within the System Attributes section.

From within the expanded Activity details, you can cancel or resubmit the Activity. You can also download one or more Activity records.
