Getting Started with Members
Member records within Loyalty consist of a Member Profile that stores all the Member Attributes, Member Preferences, Activity history, and the Member’s responses to various types of Loyalty content, such as Offers, Challenges, and Rewards. The Members screen lets you search for the desired Member using a variety of different search options. From there, you can navigate to the Member Details screen, which provides a single, comprehensive view of every Member Profile in your loyalty program, including both known Members and anonymous visitors.
The Member Details screen provides much of the same functionality as the Member Profile screen, but the two screens have different intended audiences. The Member Details screen is intended to be utilized by internal users and marketers, whereas the Member Profile screen is intended to be utilized by Customer Service Representatives as they respond to Member calls or questions.
Access
To access the Members screen, select Members from the top navigation bar, then select Members > Members from the side navigation menu.

Exports
The platform supports the export of Members only via the Advanced Export feature; the platform does not support exporting Members via the Standard Export feature. For more information, please see Export Members.

Loyalty supports both Standard Imports and Advanced Imports for importing Members:
