Change Redemption Fulfillment Status

Redemptions can optionally track a product fulfillment status. This feature is primarily intended for Physical Product-type Rewards where you are shipping something to the Member who redeemed the Reward. This status includes a wide range of values, such as Confirmed / Paid, Shipped, and Delivered.

The platform allows you to manually change a Redemption's fulfillment status from the Member Details screen.

To manually change a Redemption's fulfillment status from the Member Details screen:

  1. Select Members from the top navigation bar, then select Members > Members from the side navigation menu. The Members screen is displayed.

  2. On the Members screen, search for and select the desired Member (see Search for a Member for more information). The Member Details screen is displayed with the Metrics tab selected by default.

  3. Select the Redemptions tab.

  4. Optionally, search for the desired Redemption. See Member Details Tab Overview - Redemptions for more details on the available search options.

  5. Next to the desired Redemption, from the Action drop-down menu, select Fulfillment. The Fulfillment Form pop-up window is displayed.

  1. From the Fulfillment Status drop-down menu, select the desired status.

  2. Click Save.
