Getting Started with Gift Card Classes

A Gift Card Class defines a shared set of attributes for Gift Cards, such as a default starting balance or an expiration period. For example, you could create Gift Card Classes for individual brands or businesses within your organization, and define different properties for each of them.

Each individual Gift Card that gets issued by the platform must be assigned to a single Gift Card Class. Each Loyalty account will include a pre-defined Gift Card Class called "Default Class."

Access

The Gift Card Classes screen is used to view, create, and manage the Gift Card Classes in your loyalty program. To access the Gift Card Classes screen, select Transactions from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Gift Card Classes from the side navigation menu.
