Getting Started with News Feed Categories

When you create or edit News Feeds, you can optionally add them to one or more existing News Feed Categories. News Feed Categories allow you to collect News Feeds together, typically for the purpose of displaying them on your website or app. For example, you can use the Loyalty APIs to request only the News Feeds within a certain Category or Categories.

You can also search for News Feeds on the News Feeds screen based on their inclusion in a Category.

Access

The News Feed Categories screen is used to view, create, and manage the News Feed Categories in your loyalty program. To access the News Feed Categories screen, select Communities from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > News Feed Categories from the side navigation menu.
