Getting Started with the Gallery

Overview

The Gallery serves as a media repository where you can save videos and images that were contributed by Members, typically as part of a Challenge. For certain Challenge types, you can configure the Challenge to automatically save the Member's contribution to the Gallery. You have the option of posting the media file to the Gallery automatically with no review, automatically only after approval, or manually.

Note: The ability to load Member Challenge contributions to the Gallery is available for the following Challenge types: Caption Photo, Multi-Question Survey, Submit Photo, Submit Video, and Update Avatar. See Getting Started with Challenges for more information.

You can also upload your own media files into the Gallery. After you load an image or a video into the Gallery, it becomes available for selection when building content in the Content Editor. See Working with Images for more information on this process.

Access

The Gallery screen is used to view, create, and manage the video and image media files in your loyalty program. To access the Gallery screen, select Communities from the top navigation bar, then select Gallery from the side navigation menu.
