Member Tab
The Members tab of the Event Details screen can be used to associate individuals to the Event who are not necessarily attendees or customers. For example, let's say the Event is for a conference. You could associate hosts, presenters, or vendors to the Event. These individuals aren't customers that you intend to market to, but you might still want to capture their information as being related to the Event. However, note that to associate these individuals to the Event, they must exist within your Loyalty database as Member Profiles (even though you're not intending to market to them as Members in the usual sense).
See Assign an Individual to an Event for more information.
Eligibility Tab
The Eligibility tab of the Event Details screen allows you to limit access to n Event to only the Members selected by a Segment or at a Place. See Target an Event for more information.
Advanced Options Tab
The Advanced Options tab of the Event Details screen allows you to configure a range of advanced properties related to the Event. See Configure Event Advanced Options for more information.
Responses Tab
The Responses tab of the Event Details screen is used to view and manage the Responses for this Event. See View Event Responses for more information.
Survey Tab
The Survey tab of the Event Details screen allows you to assign a post-Event survey, to gather information and feedback from the Members who attended the Event. This survey must already be defined within your Loyalty account as a Challenge. See Assign a Survey to an Event for more information.
