View a Business Unit

To view the details and configuration properties of a Business Unit:

  1. Select Program from the top navigation bar, then select Business Units from the side navigation menu. The Business Units screen is displayed.

  2. Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string.

  3. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Business Units that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the Business Unit must meet ALL criteria.

  1. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Business Unit ID.

  2. Click the desired Business Unit. The Business Unit Details screen is displayed with the Definition tab selected.

The header and the tabs on this screen allow you to view various configuration details. See below for details on each of these areas.

The header area of the Business Unit Details screen displays many of the high-level properties of this Business Unit, including its name and address.

From the header area, you can edit the properties of the Business Unit. See Edit Business Unit Properties for more information.

Also from the header area, you can delete a Business Unit. See Delete a Business Unit for more information.

Definition Tab

The Definition tab of the Business Unit Details screen displays the configuration options selected for the current Business Unit. From this tab, you can edit these configuration options. See Edit Business Unit Definition for more information.
