Getting Started with Badge Members

Overview

Badges are a type of Reward, used to gamify Member experiences by granting Badges to Members in exchange for spending Metrics, or for completing specific actions. Badges allow you to recognize Members and to incentivize them to engage with your loyalty program. Members can also earn higher level Badges, collect multiple Badges, and view and share their Badges with friends and other Members. For more information on Badges, see Getting Started with Badges.

The Badge Members screen provides a convenient list of all the Members who have earned any of the Badges defined in your loyalty program.

Note: The platform provides several other ways of viewing Members who have earned Badges. To view only the Members who have earned a specific Badge, see the Members tab of the Badge Details screen. To view all the Badges earned by a single Member, see the Badges tab of the Member Profile screen.

Access

The Badge Members screen is used to view Members who have earned Badges. To access the Badge Members screen, select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Badges > Badge Members from the side navigation menu.

Exports

The platform supports only Standard Exports for exporting Badge Members. See Export Badge Members for more information.

Imports

The platform does not support the import of Badge Members.
