Expire In-App Messages Now (Push / In-App Campaigns) - Available Now
Available to all customers
BACKGROUND:
Certain In-App Messages may require expiring prior to the scheduled expiration date set by a user - such as when a promotion needs to be cut short. Until now, this functionality was available on the Mobile platform only - formerly represented as “Archive”.
SOLUTION:
Push / In-App Campaigns sent on Sailthru’s core platform can now be expired at the press of a button, even prior to the scheduled expiration date set by a user. Check out documentation here.
What this looks like in the solution:
Are you using Sailthru’s core platform yet for mobile messaging? All future updates and enhancements will exclusively be made here. Contact your CSM to start using the core Sailthru solution for your mobile marketing.
Code snippets - coming soon!
Available to all customers
BACKGROUND:
We’re introducing Code Snippets; a brand new UI and centralized way to create and manage Includes (including Zephyr snippets). The new Code Snippets page replaces the Includes page in Sailthru
This reduces repetitive work, decreases setup time, and cuts copy‑paste errors by letting teams update or duplicate snippets in one easy to use interface.
SOLUTION:
You may have a few, or a few hundred Snippets, and this new interface will allow you to manage them better. With Code Snippets you’ll be able to:
- Create, edit, duplicate and delete code snippets.
- Filter by global labels, and create new labels.
- Add snippets to favourites.
- Fuzzy search (search title and description).
- Preview your snippet.
- Add descriptions to help your users.
- Easily insert your snippet into email template setup.
